1996 Prince Date Chronograph : 79270

A superbly original Tudor Prince Date chronograph, model reference 79270.
This 40mm chronograph has black index dial with silver sub dials, date at 3 o’clock and inset seconds. Presented on a full length stainless steel Oyster bracelet.
Of most interest is the construction of this series of chronograph. The watch has the original Rolex Triplock crown and the case back engraved ORIGINAL OYSTER CASE BY ROLEX GENEVA. The later, TIGER series featured parts all signed as Tudor.
Supplied new by Watches of Switzerland in Birmingham on the 30th April 1996. We have the original Tudor box and outer, the WofS service warranty and the serial number swing tag.

A superb example of a late Tudor/Rolex Prince Chronograph.
