An fantastic Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Duoface, model reference Q3988482.
The large (47×28.3mm) steel case features two independent dials; a blue sunburst dial with baton indexes & small running seconds, and on the reverse, a White guilloché dial with baton indexes & a day/night indicator. This case is presented on its original, blue, calf-skin Jaeger strap with a stainless steel double folding clasp. It houses a manual winding movement that has a power reserve of 42 hours. This watch is water-resistant to a depth of 30 meters.
The reverso was originally launched in 1931 for polo players. The calf leather strap was designed by Casa Fagliano, the Argentinian workshop known by the elite of the sport as the world’s most renowned polo boot craftsman.
This watch was sold new on the 24th of July in 2021. Its in pristine condition, complete with its original JLC boxes, booklets, and warranty card.
