I love these earlier reference Patek Philippe Aquanaut. This is the 2005 ‘Jumbo’, model reference 5065A-001.
A stainless steel case with black dial, centre seconds and date at 3 o’clock. The watch was delivered on the black rubber ‘Tropical’ rubber strap with folding clasp. The owner also purchased the matched steel bracelet. The bracelet really is beautifully crafted, the asymetric link profiles are a ‘brutalist’ delight…
A UK, one owner example supplied new by Leonard Dews in Blackpool.
The watch is in excellent, original, unpolished condition. Complete with Patek Philippe boxes, leather owners wallet with the instructions, booklets and the certificate of origin.
We also have the letter from Philippe Stern confirming the first owners entry into the Patek Philippe archive.
