2015 GT40 Power Reserve. : C9 GT40 Power Reserve

Our first Christopher Ward! A limited edition of just 40 pieces produced in 2015. The C9 GT40 Power Reserve, model reference C9-43-GT40-Skk.
A 43mm diameter stainless steel case with black dial basedon the design of the GT40 rev counter, with inset ‘fuel gauge’power reserve at 6 o’clock. Presented on a black calf leather strap with steel folding clasp.
Ford produced 107 GT40’s between 1964-1969. The stand our car is chassis 1075, which won the Le Mans 24hrs in 1968 and 1969.
In the backplate of the watch is a laser cut aluminium disc from the wheel spinner of chassis #1075. The case back confirms this along with the limited edition number.
The watch is in excellent condition and complete with the Christopher Ward presentation case, instructions, sales invoice and the limited edition certificate.
A rare opportunity to buy a very well made watch with a fine motorsport provenance.
