The IWC Spitfire Doppelchronograph, model reference IW371343.
A stainless steel rattrapante (split second) chronograph with day/date, silver ‘Spitfire’ dial. Presented on a matt brown alligator strap with pin buckle.
Supplied new by Orologeria Luigi Verga in Milan on 5th August 2007. This Doppelchronograph is complete with IWC boxes, booklets and IWC warranty card. The warranty card was mistakenly filled out as an IW371702 (the Spitfire Fliegerchronograph, not Doppelchronograph. Looks very similar). The correct serial number was noted at the time and conformed at the later IWC service.
This watch was serviced at IWC UK in 2019 and is unworn since then.
