2006 GMT-Master ll ‘Rootbeer’ : 16713
A Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II, model reference 16713.
This 40mm diameter steel and gold GMT has the brown dial with brown/gold bezel insert, better known as the ‘rootbeer’. As is often the case, watches which were not a sales success in their day, go on to become soughtafter classics. This very clean GMT certainly fits that criteria.
Supplied new by David M. Robinson in Liverpool on 12th August 2006. This was probably one of the last 16713 to be delivered, before being replaced by 116713LN.
Complete with Rolex boxes, GMT instructions and COSC punched chronometer paperwork.
