2004 Flat 4 Submariner 16610LV : 16610LV

A very fine, original Rolex Submariner-Date, model reference 16610LV.
This reference was launched late in 2003 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the launch of the Rolex Submariner. The LV ‘lunette verte’ model had the green bezel, maxi hands and dial plots. The earliest version was delivered with the ‘flat 4’ bezel inlay, wide O ROLEX font and the five minute markers below SWISS MADE at 6 o’clock. It’s these models that are the most sought after. This 2004 F550***series watch is in excellent, unpolished condition. The case edges are still crisp, the bracelet is stretch free and the green case back stock is still present.
This watch was delivered new by Lepage in Nice on 20th October 2004. It’s a full set including the Rolex boxes, booklets, calendar, COSC chronometer certificate and most importantly the green bar code swing tag. The green tag confirms the 16610LV designation, the case and COSC cert are marker 16610.
