Another fine, original Rolex Submariner ‘Lunette Verte’, model reference 16610LV.
The iconic and very collectable ‘Kermit’ Submariner, launched late in 2003 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Submariner. The first series included details not present in later editions. These include the ‘flat/fat’ 40 green bezel insert, the dial with the wide O in ROLEX and the 5 minute markers beneath SWISS MADE.
Supplied new by The Precision Watch Co in Hong Kong on 2nd June 2004 (country code 888). We have the Rolex boxes, booklets and punched COSC chronometer certificate. The serial number is F32****, firmly in the range for a mark 1 16610LV.
The previous owner had the watch serviced at Rolex UK in September 2017, the RSC service guarantee clearly notes the watch as 16610LV. The watch has been largely unworn since service.
