1997 Explorer ll 16570 ‘Polar’ : 16570
A superb Rolex Explorer II, model reference 16570.
This Explorer was supplied new in Japan on 18th February 1997 (Japanese Rolex warranty/COSC certificate). This ‘Polar’ white example has the original SWISS-T<25 tritium dial and hands. The watch is complete with the correct Rolex boxes (16570 sticker), Rolex/Explorer booklets and the afforeementioned certificate.
The case is in superb order with nice lugs clearly showing the chamfers. The 78360 Oyster bracelet is a later item added in August 2010 (bracelet code RS8).
