This Rolex GMT-Master model reference 16750, is without doubt one of the finest that we have seen for a long time.
This 1988 GMT-Master is one of the last of the ‘transitional’ GMT, which saw the use if the quickset 3075 movement in the last model fitted with a plastic crystal.
Supplied new by Watches of Switzerland in Wardour St on the 30th Novemeber 1988. We have the oiriginal hand written sales invoice included, along with the correct Rolex boxes, GMT-Master and Your Rolex Oyster booklets and the COSC chronometer certificate or ‘punched papers’.
The condition is best described as almost ‘NOS’. the watch has been worn very occasionally. The green caseback stocker is present, all the surfaces are clean, the chamfered edges are crisp and clearly defined with deep, sharp ‘pin holes’ with nice thick lugs.
This is as close to ‘New old stock’ that you will find, an exceptional GMT-Master. We have a new red/blue bezel insert supplied from Rolex UK, as shown in the images.
