1982 Submariner-Date ‘Matte dial’ : 16800
Another nice neo-vintage Rolex. This arrival is a Submariner-Date, model reference 16800. This is an early transitional Submariner, with the sapphire crystal, quick date change while retaining the matte dial of the earlier Submariners.
A 1982 watch, delivered new on 22nd December 1982 by J.N.Moller in Konstanz. The package includes Rolex boxes, Rolex Submariner booklet (German), anchor and COSC chronometer certificate.
A great early transitional Submariner 16800 with the correct, original Matte dial.
