1958 ‘Date’ : 6534/0
An early Rolex ‘Date’, model rerefence 6534. A 34mm automatic chronometer in stainless steel with ivory dial (faded) with centre seconds and date at 3 o’clock. This watch has the original boxes (with 6534 sticker), guarantee, chronometer certificate (short) and the full A4 -/+ chronometer certificate from 1958 signed by the director. I have never seen such a complete set of paperwork on a vintage Rolex. The bracelet is marked 1/58, denoting that it was produced in the first quarter of 1958
The case back is engraved ‘Dr D.Langton RAF 505239’.
